Maiden Voyage

So this is my Maiden Voyage, blogging that is. 

Who am I and why would I blog.  First, I am a wife of 13 years, and mother to 4 children.  The first of my 4 came to me through my marriage this handsome hardworking young man is a freshman in college.  Doing a great job and learning what life is about on his own terms.  My second child came the old fashion way.... this 9 year old gentleman is kind, thoughful and addicted to legos with a heart for the Lord.  My third is a loving snuggly dark haired beauty.  She is smart, but simple and remarkably sweet.  My fourth child is a blond bombshell the energetic, fiery stubborn never going to get taken advantage of kind of bombshell.  I am praying already for her future husband.

Why is my blog titled Tides of Blessing.... well that's how I see life as of late.  Each day has its blessings they roll in and roll out some times they are enormous and take your breath away and sometimes they are quiet and feel like the water rippling over your toes.  This blog will serve for me as a place to count those blessings. 

My blessings - First -The Heavenly Father, Jesus my Savior, and the Holy Spirit my counselor. Oh the light that he has brought to this dark life!

My husband of 13 years - a provider, a friend a loving father and growing man of God. 
Then ofcourse my 4 rewards from heaven mentioned above. 

So I begin with number 7 - work that I love where I can spend my days with the bombshell, and share the love of God with the youngest of hearts.
#8 - A home that is warm.
#9 - Cuddles on the couch...  I hope they never grow out of wanting to do that.
#10 - Twinkling white Christmas lights still hanging in the window.
#11 - February vacation and snow!

So there it is he beginning of my blessings record....
